What types of quad frames do you offer?
We carry a complete range of high-performance frames from 2″ micro quads to 10″ long-range builds, including popular 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, and 7″ sizes. All our frames are selected for durability and flight characteristics preferred by FPV racers and freestyle pilots.
Which LiPo batteries should I choose for my build?
We stock 2S through 8S LiPo batteries to power any setup:
  • 2S-3S: Ideal for lightweight 2″-3″ micro builds
  • 4S-6S: The sweet spot for 5″ racing/freestyle quads
  • 6S-8S: For high-performance 7″+ long-range builds

Do you carry complete FPV systems?
Yes! We offer everything from analog cameras (like Foxeer), VTX systems, to receivers and antennas. While we don’t sell pre-built quads, you’ll find all components to assemble competition-grade systems.

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure global transactions. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways.
Why was my order placed on hold?
Orders may be held if:
  • Payment verification is needed (common for first-time international orders)
  • Inventory requires confirmation (for high-demand items like T-Motor ESCs)
  • Battery shipping restrictions apply to your region
You’ll receive an email within 24 hours if additional information is needed.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made within 1 hour of ordering while your payment is being processed. After that, you’ll need to place a new order. For urgent modifications, email [email protected] immediately with your order number.

Why don’t you ship to some Asian/remote regions?
Due to complex battery shipping regulations and unreliable customs clearance in certain areas, we temporarily restrict shipments to these regions. We’re actively working to expand our coverage – check back quarterly for updates.
How are LiPo batteries packaged for safety?
All batteries ship in UN38.3 certified packaging with:
  • Fire-resistant inner lining
  • Individual cell insulation
  • Clear hazardous materials labeling
  • Charge maintained at 30-50% for transport safety

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging:
  • Batteries must be at >30% charge
  • Frames/components must be unmounted
  • Electronics (VTX, cameras) require factory seals
Note: Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
My quad frame arrived damaged – what now?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:
  1. Order number
  2. Photos of damaged item AND packaging
  3. Description of damage
We’ll ship a replacement immediately via express service (no return needed for damaged frames under $100).
Do you offer product warranties?
Manufacturer warranties apply to all components (typically 30-90 days). For batteries, we guarantee 5 charge cycles without significant voltage drop. Extended warranties are available for premium items like Armattan frames – look for the “Lifetime Warranty” badge on product pages.

Technical Support

Where can I find build guides for my frame?
Check the product page for your specific frame size (2″-10″). All 5″ frames include digital manuals, and most 3″-7″ models have community-contributed build videos linked in the description.
How should I store LiPos between races?
For maximum battery life:
  • Store at 3.8V/cell (storage charge)
  • Keep in fireproof bags (available in our Battery Accessories section)
  • Maintain at room temperature – avoid hot garages or cold sheds

What’s the best analog camera for low-light flying?
For dawn/dusk flying, we recommend:
